PV Solar Panel Sales Manager - IL
We are searching for a Sales / General Manager for a global manufacturing client who is developing business in the renewable energy sector assembling photovoltaic solar panels. The focus on this position and the highest priority will be to go out and secure business. This facility is currently under construction and to start, much of the raw material(s) will come from China. Our client has a plant there and will be able to take advantage of their purchasing power, but the plan is to contract suppliers independently to reduce the cost of raw materials. They are focusing on commercial and utility scale installations with the market strategy of selling primarily through system integrators.

Sales Engineer - Houston, TX, salary to $100K
We are seeking a Sales Engineer for an international manufacturer of high pressure systems and components for sub sea applications. We need an independent experienced engineer who will spend 70% of the time working on application definition directly with the end user, and the other 30% in sales and business development. The emphasis of the work varies depending on the level of technical knowledge needed to sell products and services and respond effectively to clients' queries.

Requirements
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Welding, or other Engineering discipline.

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years sales and technical field experience.

Highly prefer experience in industries such as oil, gas, oceaneering, or automotive.

Experience working with connectors, plates, and valves.

Must have experience working with technical contracts and proposals.

Business Development Welding Engineer - Houston, TX, salary to $100K
A strong repeat client of ours, a leader in welding services, is searching for a Welding Engineer to work directly with clients in the oil and gas sectors.

We are focusing on seasoned technical sales professions who have the ability to develop as well as maintain key customer contacts for existing and new business. As our client?s primary customer contact, the successful candidate will work closely with the engineering staff to ensure that customer expectations are met.
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Welding or Mechanical.
2. Five to seven years experience in welding technologies.
3. Proven success in sales and client relationships.


Mechanical Designer - Houston, TX, salary to $75K
We are searching for an independent experienced mechanical CAD designer to produce 3D modeling drawings for high pressure systems and components for subsea applications. Our client's products incorporate small complex components with exceptional high tolerances and tolerance stack up. They will be responsible for the production of conceptual designs and detailed engineering analysis using available methods and to prepare the design specifications, general arrangement drawings and assembly drawings, manufacturing drawings, and bill of materials. The will also attend client meetings as required, identifying design engineering requirements and processes to meet client needs.


Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required.
- 3+ years experience in 3D modeling and AutoCAD drafting packages.
- MUST have small component detailed design experience, preferably from the automotive industry.

Bilingual Regional Sales Manager, Western Region - Southern CA, salary to $100K + bonus
Due to growth and the desire to penetrate the US Western Region as well as Mexico, we are searching for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the company's aggressive sales growth of process instrumentation products. The primary function of the RSM is to assist the sales of our products through reps and distributors. 50% + travel throughout the territory is required. The Western Region includes CA, AZ, CO, OR, WA, NV, ID, WY, UT, NM as well as Mexico. The Sales Manager will work out of a home office. They will be responsible for distributor and rep channel management and customer site sales calls.

- BS in Engineering/Business Management required; technical degree strongly preferred.

Sr. Welding Engineer - Houston, TX, salary to $100K
Our client services the oil and gas clients by providing welding services support. We are looking for solid welding engineers to work both in the field and at the home office. Typically duties will include reviewing the customer's specifications to determine the correct material, code and weld procedures to be utilized in the work. They will then prepare, review and submit the weld procedures for customer review and acceptance.

- BS degree in engineering or science from a university, college, plus at least one (1) years related experience ASME or AWS related code work.
- Considerable knowledge of ASME and AWS codes applicable to pressure vessels, piping, and structural welding and testing.

Marketing Administrative Assistant - Houston, TX, salary to $50K
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with excellent creative writing skills and an aptitude for computer technology. They will also maintain the quote register, respond to RFQs and prepare quotations, research historical projects, prepare technical presentations, and liaise with the main engineering office.

High Voltage Design Engineer - Tucson, AZ
Our client is an international veteran in the Solar Power Market. Due to growth in the US, we are looking to add a dedicated engineer on staff who will be responsible for the supervision and project coordination of the medium and high voltage electrical projects. They will manage the engineering design for transmission interconnection involving medium and high voltage substations, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution electrical systems from a functional and specific perspective for the support of photovoltaic solar generation facility projects.

The will have responsibility for electrical system design calculations including load flow analysis, short circuit studies, lightning protection, grounding, and relay protection studies. They will also design the electrical schematics, single-line and 3-line diagrams, size cable and equipment, develop connection and termination drawings.

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering required (MS preferred). PE required.
10 years min experience in on substation design and high voltage equipment.

Application Engineer (Solar Power Systems)- Tucson, AZ
Our client is an international veteran in the Solar Power Market. Due to growth in the US, we are adding an Application Engineer to our team to generate technical proposals for solar power plant technical concepts, price estimates and written proposals. They will work directly with Business Development managers on qualifying and prioritizing application leads, joint development of system concepts with appropriate members from the engineering ranks, developing system cost estimates, design and build, and writing the descriptive technical document describes the scope of the proposed system. This position will also require working directly with vendor partners, generating request-for-quote specifications for custom equipment, performing system performance output modeling, and creating and delivering technical presentations to clients. Some travel is required.

Requirements:
- ME/EE or equivalent/similar engineering degree.
- 5+ year experience as an applications engineer designing in custom engineered systems for industrial and or commercial applications.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Engineering industry standards including NEC, UBC, IBC, IEEE, etc.
- Background in construction with electrical and power system experience a plus.
